If canceled up to one month before arrival (reservation date), the company has the right to withhold 50% of the total amount of your reservation.
Not showing, the company has the right to withhold 100% of the total amount of your reservation.

Changes and Cancellations From Villa

There is a possibility that we are absolutely obliged to cancel a certified reservation. This decision will only be due to impossible to predict, exceptional conditions. Customers requesting an invoice are kindly requested to inform us at the time of booking or at the latest upon arrival.

Payment of the total amount agreed upon reservation will be accepted by credit card, bank transfer, cash or cash during our stay at our complex.

The accommodation has the right to charge or block with prior approval the card given at the time of booking up to the total amount of the reservation or the specified amount and to charge the same card in case of cancellation.

No reservation is considered final and confirmed until the payment has been confirmed.

Prices quoted anywhere, unless clearly indicated in another currency, are understood and will be charged in EURO. They include VAT and all taxes.

A valid credit card is required upon arrival. The hotel has the right to pre-approve or charge this card for accommodation, products, services, losses or damages, even after the departure of the customer.

Payment / full payment will be made before arrival, upon arrival or before departure.
It is forbidden to remove any kind of furniture or clothing, equipment from the protagonists.
Finally, security rules are attached to each house.

General Rules, Terms and Conditions

More Violence

The accommodation is not responsible and will not pay compensation in cases where the fulfillment of its obligations is excluded or influenced directly or indirectly by force majeure or other circumstances beyond its sphere of control.

Limitation of Liability

The accommodation is not responsible for the loss or damage to valuables and valuable items or the loss of money that is on its premises.
